Description

SAFECleanBox is equipped with a closed cabin for the manual cleaning of reusable surgical medical devices (RMDs).
Using a mixture of pressurised air and water enriched with calibrated particles of SAFEKlinic®, a specific compound of synthetic sodium bicarbonate, it enables precise cleaning of RMDs while ensuring the safety and comfort of operators.
Inside the cabin is a control panel with two handpieces, one dedicated to spraying the air-water-SAFEKlinic® mixture and the other to rinsing with water and compressed air.

All SAFE CleanBox system operations can be controlled both from the control panel inside the cabin and from the touchscreen panel located on the upper outer wall of the cabin.
The cleaning cabin is equipped with two automatic vertical lift doors for loading and unloading the trays where the instruments to be cleaned are stored. To optimise working times, two automatic loaders are available as accessories outside the cabinet to facilitate the entry and exit of instrument trays.

SAFECleanBox is available in two versions: SAFE CleanBox STK 113 and SAFE CleanBox STK 103. The former includes automatic loaders, while the latter does not.
